We are excited to announce Carl Mesmer has joined the board at One Love Animal Rescue. With a background in accounting and a love of animals, we know Carl is going to be a great addition. Here is a few words from Carl himself:
Hello, my name is Carl Mesmer, and I am super excited to join the board at One Love Animal Rescue. I love animals and the Savannah community, so I figured joining the board would be a great opportunity to combine the two! I am a Double Dawg, with a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Accounting. I work with a few local nonprofits, so I am eager to see how my experience and knowledge benefits the board. When I am not working, I watch Georgia football, play tennis, walk my family dogs, listen to true crime podcasts, and enjoy the local dining and music scene Savannah has to offer. Family is extremely important to me, so I spend most of my other time with family in Effingham County, playing board games and cornhole. I personally do not own any pets, but I have practically adopted my parents’ three dogs and two cats. I look forward to meeting all members of the One Love family, and I cannot wait to help this amazing organization continue its mission!
