SAVANNAH, GA (November 22, 2020) — On December 1, 2020 One Love Animal Rescue will host its annual Giving Tuesday online fundraiser with a total fundraising goal of $10,000 and we are excited to announce a $3,000 in 3 hours matching donor challenge. Anonymous donors have pledged to match every donation made between 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. on December 1st dollar for dollar, up to $3,000. Unleash Generosity and donate early on December 1st to double the impact of your gift!

Like many organizations, the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic has had and continues to have a significant impact. Answering a call for help from local shelters, One Love took in 107 animals in just two weeks at the start of the pandemic going through 2000 pounds of food and taking on two dogs with broken legs, 14 heartworm positive dogs, and three mange cases.
While the community has stepped up in amazing ways to support us, we were forced to cancel three of our four main fundraisers for the year. As a donor-funded organization, this has had a significant impact, so we hope to make this Giving Tuesday, the biggest one yet!
