Meet our adorable pet of the week, Rey!
Rey is a 1.5 year old Carolina dog mix who is very active and always up for an adventure. A lover of snuggles and butt scratches, she doesn’t mind being the life of the party.
Some basic information about Rey. She is crate and house trained, walks well on a leash and has energy to burn. She is great with other dogs after a proper introduction, and seems to be fine with cats after getting over an initial curiosity. Rey actually lives with three foster siblings (two bigger than her and one smaller) and gets along great with everyone. However, Rey needs to be in a home without children under the age of 12. She loves all the ladies, but is selective of the men in her life. Her future daddy will need to have some patience while gaining her trust. And that wait time will be so worth it! Eventually, she will warm up and show as much love as she does the ladies.
Her Ideal Home
Rey dreams of a forever home that includes another dog, active owners without young children, and a fenced in back yard to play in. Forever parents that love cuddles and giving butt scratches is a BIG bonus.
Her Fun Fact
Rey will give you a giant smile and the cutest dance when you give her a good butt scratch. You NEED to see this (hint: it’s in the video above).
