We LOVE when we get a chance to catch up with our OLAR adopted cats and dogs. We love getting updates and pictures of how they are doing in their homes and with their families. We especially love sharing these stories with you. Reading theses updates always brightens our day and are certain to brighten yours as well. Here are a few updates:
Adopted August 2015, Sprout nka Millie Kitty.
She loves her dog brother and is always ready to rub against his face. She is still trying to get her cat sister to warm up to her but unfortunately it still appears to be one sided. She is my husbands best buddy and a real sweetheart. We couldn’t be happier that she is part if our family.
Adopted August 2015, Pinto nka Champ.
“I can’t believe we have already had Champ for over 6 months! He is doing great. He really did a great job with house and crate training. Leash training has been harder but I think that’s mostly because we didn’t dedicate a lot of time to this when he was younger. He can also do some tricks for us. Champ never meets a person or dog that he doesn’t like. He truly is the friendliest dog. He loves giving kisses but especially when I come home. He also loves play fighting with his cat sister. They have so much fun. And his absolute favorite is car rides!! We are so happy we decided to adopt Champ. He really was the perfect addition to our family!!”
Adopted 2015, Tarzan checking in and shared his beautiful photos from Megan Myrick’s Photography photo shoot for One Love Animal Rescue.
“He has really grown and is growing up to be such a beautiful boy! We are enjoying every minute with him, playing and teaching him things. And he’s such a good boy and never meets a stranger. I am so happy I found him with y’all.”
Adopted July 2015 Tabitha.
“She is doing great though. She is like our little baby girl. She enjoyed her first Christmas with us. She helped us wrap presents, decorate the tree, and even unwrapped her presents. She has learned how to sit for her treats and loves to snuggle and watch golf. I could not picture our lives without this sweet little love of ours. She truly is a blessing to us and our two girls. She loves attention and playing with any and everything she can get her paws on.”
