Operation Pet Solutions
A Grassroots program helping pets stay in homes while promoting proper care, vetting, and sterilization.
One Love’s Operation Pet Solutions (OPS), launched in 2019, follows the Humane Society’s Pets for Life model to tackle pet overpopulation at its root. This grassroots program helps keep pets in their homes by offering free or discounted spay/neuter vouchers, veterinary care, and essential supplies—from food to fence repairs. Our volunteers work directly with pet parents to prevent unwanted litters, provide education, and reduce surrenders through compassionate, hands-on support.
Community Spay & Neuter Program
• OPS SERVICES •
OPS aims to keep pets out of shelters by preventing unwanted litters and supporting owners through education and resources. We offer subsidized, free, or discounted spay/neuter services for those in need.
To request assistance, complete our online application. An OPS volunteer will contact you within two weeks to schedule services and arrange transportation if needed.
Please note: Our rescue is funded entirely by donations. Apply only if you cannot afford other low-cost spay/neuter options.

Additional vaccines, heartworm, and Felv/FIV testing, microchipping, nail trims, preventative, and other services can be offered at discounted rates from the clinics.
Food Pantry & Basic Supplies

Sometimes, the going can be tough and providing basic supplies for our furry family can be challenging. OPS’s Food Pantry can help support our community in need by assisting with basic supplies including:
- Pet food
- Dog houses
- Cat houses
- Leash, collar, and harness
- Kennels
- Pet carriers

Join our awesome team and make a big difference in the community! There are several ways that you can make a difference by volunteering with OPS. These are just a few of them:
Street Team
Volunteer to join our street team that will pass out info on OPS in the areas that need us most. Grab some friends and you could do a block, a street, or a whole neighborhood.
Transport Volunteer
Volunteer to transport a dog or cat to or from the clinic if the owner doesn’t have transportation. Maybe you are only available to do so one day a week or a month, that will help!
